Net Positive?
The Net Positive Studio designs and builds more than just energy efficiency affordable homes; we strive to demonstrate homes that are better, healthier living environments that can improve the lives of occupants and strengthen neighborhoods and communities.
The Net Positive Studio researches, designs, and builds affordable, net zero homes. Our process works with non-profits to release homes that use advanced tools, thoughtful design, and innovative construction to show how net zero homes can also be affordable.
A graduate studio started in 2018 in the College of Architecture, Planning, and Design at K-State, over 100 students have participated in a body of work that continues to grow with new homes, new places, new partners, and new challenges.
